Refund Policy

If for whatever reason, you become dissatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your account activation, we will refund your hosting fees (including any setup fees), no questions asked. This guarantee applies to all hosting accounts.

The only exception to this guarantee is domain name registration.

Domain name registration fees cannot be refunded since there is no way to un-register a domain name once it is registered.

To request a refund and the cancellation of your service, simply contact us and request your cancellation, and include your name, address, account username, domain name of the hosting account, and reason for your cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your service after the 30 days has expired we do not refund partial monthly fees.

If you are paying annually for hosting services and cancel early before your 12 months of service is over, we will issue a pro-rata refund for full unused months at time of cancellation.
